Andrew Bowering has been involved in the management and financing of mineral exploration and mineral exploration companies since 1990. During the last 17 years he has held numerous executive positions including president and CEO. During this time period Mr. Bowering has raised in excess of $30 million in exploration and development funding.

Mr. Bowering has led companies with mineral exploration and development work in Mexico, China, Argentina, Honduras, Peru, the United States and throughout Canada. He has led companies with annual exploration budgets exceeding $4 million. He has run syndicates that have been responsible for staking vast sections of land and mineral claims in Northern British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Mexico.

Mr. Bowering is familiar with all areas of mineral exploration, having been involved in most areas of mineral exploration including grassroots exploration, prospecting, geophysical surveying, geochemical surveying, drilling and resource modeling. In addition to employees, consultants and partners with whom Mr. Bowering works in the industry, he has developed a network of people within the industry on both the operational and finance sides of the business.
